It’s pretty obvious that children have innocent minds and care about animals because of their tenderness to life. Therefore, they love to keep every puppy and kitten when they see in everyday life. This little boy who is just 7 years old being recognized by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). This boy calls Roman McConn of Augusta has helped 1300 dogs since he was just 4 years old.
He did not request birthday gifts for his 4th birthday from his family and friends, but to donate money to his favorite animal rescue. Every mother would love to help her kids when they focus on good things. Therefore, Roman’s mom Jennifer supports him in rescuing dogs. So as a family goal This led them transporting 31 dogs from a kill shelter in Texas to Washington, where they assisted the dogs to find best homes.
“He’s unique. He’s super empathetic and compassionate and he is like a ball of fire all wrapped into one so he’s definitely a lot to keep up with,” explained Jennifer.
As per Roman’s view, he thinks that this the best chance for animals to showcase their personalities. His mother shoots a video of Roman playing with shelter dogs and posts them to Facebook. According to little things, after watching the videos, People would be able to understand that dogs do not pose any risk to children.
“She posts it on Facebook so people can see it,” Roman explained. “I think it’s very important for the dogs I meet that I give them the best chance at finding the right home that they need.”
“My friends say it’s pretty cool that I do this about what I’m doing. They say it’s really cool and some of my friends even say they want to help,” Roman explained
“Maybe if you just slow down and listen to your kids and kind of watch them you can learn a lot I think from them. Roman is teaching us every day just how to be better,” said Jennifer.
